Ways to Support

Volunteer with Us...

Come and join our team of volunteers at NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation. It’s an exciting time for the charity and our roles are expanding! We have the following roles available:

Our Volunteer Retail Team

Can you give three hours a week to support our retail operation?

In this space, you will help by providing excellent customer service, developing cash handling, sales processing and merchandising skills, assisting with stock takes and maintaining the day-to-day care of the gift shop to keep it looking tiptop for our customers. Did you know the money generated from our retail space helps support the charity’s work?

Our Volunteer Charity Hub Team

We also have a new charity hub opening in the new year. In this space, we will be recruiting a team of volunteers to assist with linking all visitors to the relevant NHSTCF team members or providing information about the charity, fundraising, donations, funding programmes and promoting our work. The role will also involve assisting with the booking system for the space, taking phone calls and supporting the staff team with the day-to-day running of the hub operation.

Our Volunteer Fundraising Team

We are looking to grow a team of volunteers to assist us with our programme of fundraising events throughout the year that people can come along and get involved with. The fundraising events can range from bake sales to marathons, cycle events, charity galas and auctions. If you have experience in participating in or organising fundraising events, the charity and the team can benefit from your experience. The funds raised through this team will 100% go to the charity and support the work of NHSTCF
