Kirrie Connections is a Dementia Meeting Centre operating in the rural heart of Angus. We recently supported them with vital capital funding for a brand-new community hall extension and a transformed outdoor space.

Supported by funding from NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation, the Climate Change and Sustainability Team launched the Green Health Champions Programme. The project focused on visibility and education to build a network of “eco-experts” on the frontline.
