Scottish Ballet Receives Funding from NHS TCF to Enhance Community Wellbeing in Perth and Kinross

Scottish Ballet is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded a £10,000 funding grant from NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation. This generous contribution will support Scottish Ballet’s ongoing commitment to enhancing community health and wellbeing through dance initiatives in Perth and Kinross.

The funding will directly contribute to programs designed to promote physical activity, mental wellbeing, and social inclusion among local residents. In alignment with NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation’s vision of helping people live longer and better lives, the partnership with Scottish Ballet aims to create accessible opportunities for individuals of all ages to engage with the transformative power of dance.

Scottish Ballet’s artistic leadership is committed to developing innovative projects that address the diverse health and wellbeing needs of the community. Through workshops, performances, and outreach initiatives, the charity aims to inspire movement and foster creativity across all segments of the population, especially among those who may face barriers to participation due to age, health, or socioeconomic status.
